Fuck-pad advice needed

Renovating my apartment in Manhattan. Using this as an opportunity to temporarily relocate to North Brooklyn for two years to mingle among the unwashed masses and bang the local ladies.

Better to rent in Williamsburg and Uber to the Wyckoff strip or to slum it in Bushwick and live near the bars? Both neighborhoods are pretty gross but Williamsburg is obvs slightly more civilized.

I’m a light drinking fitness-minded guy with a very flexible schedule, planning to hit up bars late night. Will be in Manhattan daytime on a regular basis for tennis / golf / gym.
