Does the L train have the shortest average time between stops in the system?

I’ve noticed that on the L train, 10 stops can feel like less than 15 minutes, especially between Myrtle–Wyckoff and Manhattan. Meanwhile on lines like the Q, 15 stops can easily take 40+ minutes.

Is the L actually one of the fastest lines in terms of average time per stop, or is it just my perception because of CBTC, fewer merges, and relatively reliable service?

Curious if anyone has seen data on average travel time per stop across different subway lines, or if there are other lines that are even faster.
