Hi everyone!

I will be moving out of my room in a 3BD/3BR apartment on May 1st and am looking for someone to take over my lease. Here are some highlights of the apartment:

• 2nd floor walk-up
• 2-3 minute walk to the L/M (Myrtle-Wyckoff MTA station)
• Proximity to various grocery stores and gyms
• Recent construction:
  • Stainless steel kitchen appliances
  • AC in living room and bedroom
  • High-ceiling
• Sunlight-filled bedroom facing southeast, living room facing southwest
• Private bathroom
• Laundry at the basement level
• $1300 for May rent, $1400 from June onward (doesn’t include utilities)
• Current lease ends 5/31/25, new lease is 6/1/25-5/31/26

Depending on which day you move in the first two weeks of May, I will prorate the May rent. You will be required to pay a security deposit equivalent to a month of rent as well.

You will be joining 2 guys in their mid/late twenties, both of whom are very friendly and clean.
