It’s an awesome place—I would’ve stayed if I hadn’t found an even better spot. 🏡 Apartment details • 3 minutes away from Myrtle-Wyckoff which has the L & the M • 5BR / 3BA apartment but you will only have 3 roommates (extra room is used as a spare) • Room includes a private en-suite bathroom • Fully furnished with a full-size bed • Shared with 3 male roommates in their early 20s — social, relaxed, and easygoing 💰 Cost • $1,700/month rent • Utilities approx. $120/month ✨ Building amenities • Massive rooftop with open access • In-building washer & dryer • Small gym with dumbbells and cardio equipment • Two resident lounges • Friendly apartment community that’s always improving 📆 Timing & requirements • Move-in: Ideally Feb 1st-15th but flexibility for March 1st start • Stay through end of August • Income approx. 35–40x rent (some flexibility depending on credit/employment) 👋 Who we’re looking for Ideally someone who’s friendly and respectful. Roommates tend to be a bit social and hang out in the living room, but it’s totally fine if you’re more introverted—I was and it worked great.
