im a new yorker born in queens, my partner was born in westchester. were moving in together and are looking at a lovely place in oceanhill/closer to bedstuy, is it an okay neighborhood safety wise? i used to live off of the gates ave j in bushwick, am now off of myrtle wyckoff in bushwick, and also used to live off the myrtle broadway stop in bushwick so i am totally used to the amount of awareness needed to keep yourself safe. is the bedstuy/oceanhill particularly bad? anyone let me know anything you feel!
