I rescued this orange boy from the parking lot across from the wyckoff medical center near the Dekalb L stop. He was meowing loudly and jumped on my lap as soon as I sat down. He is extremely friendly and only has this super friendly collar. Going to get him scanned for a microchip soon. Collar in the last photo.
