Can move in now but would be signing onto new lease with me staying April first. I have 1 cat so I’m open to someone who also has just 1 cat. Total rent is $1800 with Wi-Fi and electric around $100 per person. Building has a ton of amenities like laundry and a gym and is close to the Myrtle-Wyckoff stop.
