4th floor walkup, comfortable 2 bedroom with a queen futon and a queen bed. Utilities included in the rent – $2500 a month. This is my apartment that I’m subletting while I’m away in Europe. I have put a lot of love into this space and have lived in this area for 10 years. I’d like to ideally be able to meet you in person or facetime you and have one reference check from a roommate or landlord you’ve lived with/rented from previously. 1k security deposit will be required to receive the keys and will be returned to you after I receive the keys back, sublease agreement will be required. About the apartment Living room has comfortable sofa, dining table and small kitchen with usual amenities (fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, blender, toaster, kettle). Bedroom fits the bed and has a decent closet and mirror, otherwise a fairly minimal space. I have lots of plants that need a weekly water, but are pretty unfussy. Each room has a ceiling height heater/air conditioner that you can operate with a remote. Coin laundry and bike rack in basement. 10 minute walk to the J and M train (Myrtle Av Broadway), 20 minute walk to the G train (Myrtle Wyckoff). Opposite a B38 bus stop taking you to downtown BK and Fort Greene in 15 mins. It’s just down from a firehouse so about two times a day you can hear sirens fairly loudly from the futon room, but if you’re used to general New York sound then you’ll probably find this to be a very quiet apartment otherwise.
