Hello! My roommates are moving in with their partners so I have a couple spaces open, this spot is too good to give up! 5 min walk to Myrtle-Wyckoff station with access to the M and the L, 2 blocks away from Food Bazarr open 24hrs, with roof access! The whole building is full of musicians and artists, including me! Everything in the kitchen and living room is mine apart from the couch and some misc pots/pans/kitchen tools; so pretty much already furnished! (although I’m only attached to one or two pieces so redecorating is totally an option) About me; I’m 29, musician, filmmaker/actor, bartender (I work nights but I’m not loud coming home don’t worry), I’m a pretty clean person, very talkative, and an overall goofball that likes vhs tapes and star wars.
