My former roommates are looking for 2 people to resign the lease for a 4 bedroom apartment 1 bath in Ridgewood (7 min walk from Myrtle Wyckoff). There’s free laundry in building, roof top access, and great bars and restaurants in the area. The current roommates (25F and 22NB) are kind and respectful people. I’m still good friends with both of them. One roommate has a cat. First room pictured is 1075, second one is 950 a month before utilities (which range 30-70 per person a month depending on time of year). Looking for someone who is queer friendly and willing to commit to a year long lease starting Aug 1st. You’ll have to be approved by management before signing, so you’ll need documentation (letter of employment, paystubs, etc.). 680+ credit score preferred (flexible depending on stable income).
