Hello there – I’m looking to do a lease transfer (or just breaking my lease) for this unit in Bushwick. It’s a decent apartment, I’m just not able to make it work with my lifestyle and am getting a 1 Br elsewhere. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the L at Halsey, in between there and Myrtle-Wyckoff. 1 block from Irving Square park.
