Hello, I am planning on relocating for work & I need someone that will take over my lease. This is a building in Bushwick, close to the L and M trains on Myrtle-Wyckoff Ave Station. It takes me around 20 minutes to get to Union Square Station in Manhattan. There are two other roommates, one in medical school & one who works from home. This will be a lease take-over, so your name will be added to the lease directly. The lease will end on 4/30/2026 so there is almost 11 full months of the lease remaining.
