Hello, I’m looking to rent out my bedroom this summer. I will be living in the living room, but the kitchen can function as a shared living room too. I would only want to split the electric bill, everything else I can handle. I’m a 45yo male. This is a quiet chill space – so no pets, couples or entertaining at home. I’m trying to get ahead on some expenses this summer so I thought I would entertain this idea.
