Watching closely – $TLT appears to have been forming a balance area here, also short term momentums are flat – sideways action – Wyckoff accumulation? Not sure, but my intuition tells me that we could be forming a base. Notice we cleared recent pivot highs at 117.5 / 119.2. 1/2.
