Located close to the following subway stations: L train = Myrtle-Wyckoff M Train= Central Ave J train= Kosciuszko There is an application process with building management. Standard credit check and income requirement is 2x the monthly rent. Current roommates include 2F and 1 cat. Both have full time jobs and are rarely home. Cats are welcome but couples and WFH aren’t just because bathroom division and utility costs would be imbalanced. There’s laundry in building and a laundromat on the same block, you can also use the roof.
