The apartment is on a quiet block in Ridgewood with a large open kitchen and living room, lots of natural light, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, gas stove, and modern finishes throughout. The location is great — close to Fresh Pond Rd (M) and Myrtle–Wyckoff (M/L), with easy access to cafes, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and local favorites like Nomad Cafe, Norma’s Cafe, Il Gigante, OPC Thrift, Sundowners, and Food Bazaar. Rooms range from approximately $900–$1,075 depending on size. The landlord requires good income and credit, and guarantors are welcome.
