room for rent in ridgewood sublet/ potential to resign

i’m looking for someone to take over a room in my apartment in ridgewood. the room is $1,000/m and you’d be responsible for the national grid set up (~$10/m pp) as well as your portion of wifi ($17/m pp) as well as electricity (~$100-$150/m pp).

the room can comfortably fit a full bed and has a closet. 7 min walk to the Seneca M and 15 min walk to the Myrtle-Wyckoff L. lots of restaurants, bars, cafes, and stores nearby. laundry in the basement, but also, laundromat is less than a block away. move in asap with potential to resign in sept.

must have guarantor. no pets, sorry 🙁
