Me and my roommate are looking for a third person to sign onto a lease for August 1! The apartment has in unit washer/dryer combo, a dishwasher and roof access. Pictures of the open bedroom are attached and shared spaces. The current tenant had a twin in the room, but a full could fit easily plus a desk. Also has a deep closet. Would be sharing a bathroom with one person. Dm for a video of the whole place. Ideally looking for a person in their 20s with stable job or reliable guarantor if a student. I am a 22 y/o female journalist and recently graduated from a masters program at NYU. My roommate is an anthropology grad student at NYU and is a 29 y/o woman. We’re LGBTQ friendly and I have a cat! Preferably no other pets. The apartment is on the second floor and is on the same block as a bookstore coffee shop! Less than five minutes from the Forest Ave M stop and about 13 minutes to Myrtle-Wyckoff L. Income requirement is the usual 40x your split of rent (guarantor with 80x rent) and 650+ credit.
