About me: Hi I’m Cesar, I’m a 26 yo graduate student at NYU. Currently working for the doe. I like sushi, museums, reading, hiking, and going on runs. I don’t really cook or really have people over very often. I like keeping common spaces clean and having open communication with roommates. Usually pretty busy with school and interview prep, but always cool with chatting here and there.

PS. I toured the apartment not long ago and it looks great, lots of wide open space.

This is a spacious 5-bedroom apartment on a quiet block in Ridgewood. The place gets a ton of natural light and has a really nice open kitchen + living room setup that feels great for hanging out without feeling cramped. The apartment has stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, gas stove, modern finishes, and two virtual doorman intercom systems.
The location is also great — close to Fresh Pond Rd (M) and Myrtle–Wyckoff (M/L), with easy access around Brooklyn and Manhattan. Tons of nearby spots too: Food Bazaar, Il Gigante, Super Pollo, Norma’s Cafe, Nomad Cafe, OPC Thrift, Sundowners, and a lot of good cafes and bars nearby.

4 rooms priced at $1,075, a smaller one that’s $900. Move-in is first month + security. Landlord is looking for good income and credit, and guarantors are welcome.
