C86’d DIY Vol. 20: Sometimes the stars align – local and out of town friends are coming together for one of the heaviest C86’d shows yet! Decimation, Verse Vs the Virus, 300, and Seven Crimson Suns reached out about doing a show together in NYC while this alone was enough for a real banger, spanning sounds from death metal to posi-metalcore, the icing on the cake is this show fell into place with two touring southern hardcore heavy hitters! My Sword! My Sword! (members of fingerswoventogether) will bring their Florida mathcore to NYC. A mix of power and technical intensity, balanced with beautiful emotional melodic interludes, that will have you dancing just moments into their set . Tennessee Grindcore, FRIDGE , will round out this bill with some speed & breakdowns to keep everyone smiling all night. Vs Verse the Virus & Seven Crimson Suns need no introduction as some of the strongest metalcore coming out of Jersey in recent years! NYC’s own Decemation (members of Shimmering) will bring a new flavor to our camp with intense death metal straight out of the early 90s. Alongside them, 300 is all fun times and heavy riffs with members of Grimlitter, Beautiful, Verse Vs. the Virus, 7CS, and more.
