Hey yall, I’m posting about a sunny bedroom in a 4BR apartment in prime Bushwick that I wanna sublet asap. The official lease ends July 31st, after which its up to you to takeover (so sublet will run from around may 15 to july 31). This is a 4BR, the other 3 rooms have dudes all in their early 20s working in tech/law, all super chill, clean, easygoing, and down to hang out. There are 3 bathrooms in the apartment, 2 of the bathrooms are each in their respective master bedrooms, you will be sharing the single communal bathroom with the other individual who also doesnt have a bathroom in his room. We are the first tenants of this apartment after it was built, so everything is brand new, all appliances are top of the line and have only been used for ~8 months central AC and heat in unit washer/dryer Hot water is included, you will pay additional monthly for electric (AC/lights) and internet. The apartment comes with a giant backyard space, perfect for chilling outdoors or throwing a party, and is only accessible through the room up for sublet. The cost of the room reflects this. There is also an enormous basement space included in the cost of rent that is the size of the entire apartment. Currently used for storage but up to you to transform it into something else 🙂 The apartment is conveniently located 2 blocks away (like literally a 3 minute walk) from the L/M train Myrtle-Wyckoff station, and a 15 minute walk from Jefferson street, where some of the best nightlife in NYC exists.
