I’m subletting my spacious, fully furnished alcove studio in Bushwick while I’ll be traveling abroad from July 1 – November 30 (flexible on dates with potential to extend). Can be available as soon as June 22. I’m open to shorter stays 3-month minimum)
The apartment is located in an elevator building and includes an in-unit washer/dryer. It’s also very quiet (windows face the back of the building, so no street noise), making it a peaceful place to live and/or work while still being close to everything.
The space gets a ton of natural sunlight throughout the day, has 9 ft ceilings, and a separate alcove sleeping area, which gives it a much more spacious, one-bedroom feel, and it has a fully separate living room
