hey all! I need two roommates for my new duplex apartment in Ridgewood! It’s really cute, conveniently located off the Seneca M, which gets you to lower Manhattan in 30 mins. The L train also picks up at Myrtle-Wyckoff. There’s a room in the basement for $1250 (pictured here). It’s furnished with a bed and the LL can provide a dresser ✅ There’s another room available with a private bathroom on the upper level, also furnished (pictured here). It’s a front facing room for $1500. Landlord says the minimum stay is 2 months, but there’s no maximum stay (personally I plan on staying a year). We hope to get at least one girl here to balance the genders (there’s a girl in her 20s in the basement). My roommate has his cat, so please be feline friendly. No more pets, please! Loving the neighborhood so far, there are tons of cool spots (like Aunt Ginny’s and Gottsheer Hall on either street corner). There’s laundry in the basement, and a dishwasher in the kitchen.
