Hey everyone! I’m subletting my room in a 3 bed, 1.5 bath apartment right off of Myrtle-Wyckoff station on the Bushwick-Ridgewood border starting at the beginning of January until April. The location’s super convenient, one block from the M and L trains and the room itself is furnished has a ton of natural light. The roommates are in their early 30s and are really chill and friendly but also keep to themselves, the apartment’s quiet and peaceful. I’m looking for someone super clean and respectful as the other roommates are, with proof of 40x the income and credit. LGBT+ friendly.
