I do my tempos, intervals and easy runs at LHC, which is about half a mile away from where I live. Someone on this sub turned me on to that route when I first moved here, actually 🙂
I *could* use the treadmill at the PF I do my strength training but prefer outdoors. I’m not a great runner (tempo pace is 10-12 min, 10-15 weekly mileage), so probably don’t need anything too steep. At least a 1/3-mile uphill stretch would be ideal.
Any recommendations? Relatively close to Myrtle-Wyckoff, please. I think a warm-up of any longer than 1.5 miles before I actually get to the hill would be tiring.
