Landlord Jacob Sacks Who Is Suing Bushwick Tenant Union for $500,000 Is Listing His Properties For Sale on Wyckoff

Landlord Jacob Sacks is now trying to sell a row of his properties that are under the AEP for having poor conditions and high violations, listing these properties for almost $10,000,000.

Like the title says, he’s also suing for $500,000 in Supreme Court claiming BushwickTenantUnion.com is defamation for his business… so him listing these properties doesn’t seem suspicious at all… lol
