Hi neighbors of Bushwick, In honor of Domestic Violence Awareness Month, I’m proud to partner with Council Member Nurse, CUFFH, and Wyckoff Hospital Violence Intervention & Treatment Program for a Community Panel & Resource Fair focused on supporting survivors and families impacted by domestic violence. Join us for an important conversation with survivor professionals, survivors and local organizations providing resources and support. The goal of this event is to create a safe, informed space to discuss what gender-based violence looks like, how it affects our communities, and what resources are available to those in need.
