We’re looking for someone to take over my bedroom in Ridgewood beginning November 1st. The apartment is a block away from the Myrtle-Wyckoff L/M stop. The lease runs until August and rent is $1133.33. There are washers/dryers in the building and a laundromat a block away. Each room has a built in A/C which is nice. The building has roof access as well. You’d be living with two other guys, both in their mid/late 20’s. Both roommates are laid back and LGBTQ+ friendly. We don’t have any pets, but the apartment is pet friendly. We’re looking for someone who is also clean. The room is pretty spacious and can easily fit a bed and desk or whatever. I’m moving and leaving my bedroom furniture. My bed frame, mirror, clothing rack, and some shelving stands are up for grabs if you want them. I’m also getting rid of my mattress, I was planning to throw it away but it’s only 3 months old and has a mattress pad in case you’re interested in that as well.
