Looking for someone to take over my lease in Ridgewood. 3br/1.5 baths

We’re looking for someone to take over my bedroom in Ridgewood beginning November 1st. The apartment is a block away from the Myrtle-Wyckoff L/M stop. The lease runs until August and rent is $1333. There are washers/dryers in the building and a laundromat a block away. The apartment has central A/C. The building has a furnished room as well.

You’d be living with two other guys, both in their mid 20’s. Both roommates are laid back and LGBTQ+ friendly. One works evenings as a nurse so he’s not often home. We don’t have any pets, but the apartment is pet friendly. We’re looking for someone who is LGBTQ+ friendly, clean, and fun but not crazy.

I’m moving across the country and I’m leaving most of my bedroom furniture. My bed frame, mirror, clothing rack, and 3 shelving stands are up for grabs if you want them. I’m also getting rid of my mattress, I was planning to through it away but it’s only 3 months old and has a mattress pad in case you’re interested in that as well.
