SMC traders, how often do you take good trades?

so i’ve been trading for a while maybe 2/3 years on and off. initially I had no strategy but I managed to double my account just placing random trades, then I learnt support and resistance (proceeded to get crushed by the market) over time i’ve managed to be break even after 2 years streak of loses and blown accounts. I discovered smc some time last year and i’ve just been backtesting & demo trading it. I like smc/wyckoff, I understand it, it’s systematic and reproducible, compared to S&R I find that it’s more objective setup than subjective however i’ve noticed that the setups i’m looking for rarely occur or they occur on higher timeframes which would violate prop firm rules of holding trades overnight or over weeks. setups that occur on lower timeframes often don’t respect my analysis/bias.

I guess my question is should I be a bit more lenient with my setups? which pair would be most optimal for this type of strategy? I’d like to make 5%-10% return a month without violating prop firm rules. any advice?
