Hi! I’m a 25F looking for a roommate to join me in my loft on the Bushwick/Ridgewood border. The available room is large, full of natural light, has a cool 3D wall and huge gorgeous brick window, comes furnished with a bed + mattress, and has its own en-suite half bath (we share the shower in the second bathroom). The room does have a 3 foot gap where the living room is lofted with a barn door entry. Rent is $1,900/month, utilities split, move-in Sept 1 (flexible). No pets or short term leases, unfortunately. The apartment itself is a calm but fun space – exposed brick, massive arched windows, a lofted living room, private roof deck AND balcony (through my bedroom), in-unit washer/dryer (!!!!), and central air (a rare find!). The layout gives each of us plenty of privacy, but the common areas are perfect for hanging out, hosting a few friends, or just enjoying a coffee. It’s on the Bushwick/Ridgewood border, 7 min walk to Seneca M, 12 min walk to Myrtle-Wyckoff / Dekalb L. 30-45 mins to Manhattan. I currently work remotely and have lived in the neighborhood for a few years. I’d love to live with someone who lives a comfortable, well-kept home and the occasional glass of wine, night out, or movie night. MUST make 40x rent + have good credit, also must be down with 1 year lease.
