Three slay girls (25-26) looking for one slay individual for Aug 5 move-in in Ridgewood apartment

Hi! My roommates and I are looking for one person to sublet a room in our apartment from August 5th to September 1st, with the opportunity to resign the lease for a full year on the 1st. We would prefer women/nonbinary/lgbtq+ people, 25+ to join us.

We are all 25 year old creatives. My name is Harmony & I work in media marketing, Cece is a fashion student, and Meg is an archivist at a poetry archive. Our ideal roommate is someone who is laid back, creative, easy to communicate with, and committed to keeping the common areas clean. We use a chore chart to communicate with each other if we’re all busy and keep ourselves on a routine to keep the space clean. We have a really cute space with lots of trinkets and plants (but we’re running out of room for those) and we would love someone who wants to add to it and make it even cuter. We like to hang in the common areas sometimes but also love to rot in bed alone. We host small gatherings occasionally, but they never get super rowdy, and we always communicate when other people come over, even if it’s just for a little bit. If you like eating pancakes and French toast on the weekends, playing video games, or doing arts and crafts, that is also a huge plus!

• Your room would be $1115/month, and it is the largest room (our leasing company did not raise our rent for the next year!) • No broker’s fee, and the month of August will be prorated • 2 full baths, you would share with Meg • HUGE living room with high ceilings • Dishwasher and A/C • Laundromat across the street • Near cute bars and cafes (TV Eye, Bonus Room, Trans Pecos, Nha Minh) • Good grocery stores (Key Food and Food Bazar) • Water included in rent • Gas bill, electric, and wifi run about $100 a month, give or take during nicer weather • Our old roommate may also be interested in selling you some of their furniture • You get to live with us! (we would love to exchange socials!)
