Hello all, please make sure you meet the requirements before reaching out! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease for a room in Bushwick from July 1st to March 2026, with the option to renew. The room is very spacious and you can fit a full to queen size bed in here with a dresser and desk. There is also a double door closet! We have a full kitchen that’s great for anyone who likes to cook/bake and in-unit laundry. The apartment is 4 minutes from the Knickerbocker M and 7 minutes from the Myrtle-Wyckoff L/M. We are about 15 minutes from Maria Hernandez Park and super close to several cute bars and cafes. Though it’s an older building, our appliances and bathroom is super updated (heated floors in the wintertime!!) Rent: $975 (increase of $33 in September) Utilities come out to less than a hundred a month. Deposit of $875 You’ll be living with two other female working professionals in their mid-20’s. Requirements: you must make at least 40x the rent (39k a year) without a guarantor and be comfortable submitting a credit report.
