We’re looking for a friendly, clean, and respectful roommate to join us in our 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom Bushwick apartment starting June 1st. You’ll be signing a 12-month lease directly with the management company. I have lived in this apartment for a year and a half and will be renewing for another year.

About Us:

• Allyson (27F) – works in consulting, WFH
Monday- Friday 8-5, has a small senior dog named Gracie Jane (A very chill, seasoned city dog.) • Nick (24M) – works in insurance, also WFH

 **Both clean, respectful, and laid-back** 

About You:

• Clean, considerate and responsible • Preferably works out of the home • Comfortable living with a small senior dog (Open to a cat, another small dog possible) • Must make 2x the monthly rent and have excellent credit. Credit check and proof of income required • Guarantors accepted (80x your share of the yearly rent)
