Hey @CitiBikeNYC I submitted a report in the Lyft app around 4:00pm today with regards to this. A lorry’s back wheel caught onto these two bikes at this dock on Norman St. and Wyckoff Ave. in Brooklyn. I submitted it via the help option in the app so I wasn’t able to send pics.
