Opinion on my ROL for Emergency Medicine!

Hey all. Was wondering if anyone could shed some insight on my ROL. My Top 5 are pretty solidified but 6-10 are not so cemented.

If anyone is able to offer insight regarding any personal experience (completing a rotation, staff, resident), training, job/fellowship attainment after graduation, experience with admin/faculty, facility/hospital in general.

Full Transparency. I’m a New Yorker and completed all my clerkships in NYC (mostly the South bronx and Brooklyn); Therefore, I know that NYC programs are tough, patient populations are extremely difficult and ratios are pretty rough. So I know with NYC programs (except prestigious ones like Cornell, NYP, Sinai, etc.) aren’t considered in the highest regard. However, putting that aside (lol 🤣🥲😩) still would greatly appreciate any insight. I also wasn’t opposed to moving but after researching out of state programs I interviewed with and speaking to residents, I didn’t think these programs offered enough incentive to relocate. But please shed any light you can if i’m gravely mistaken!!!!!
