Moving in with my partner so looking to sublet my room in 4 bed 4bath apt. beginning March 1st. with the option of signing the lease in september. The apt. is 1 block away from the Myrtle-Wyckoff L/M train station. There are 3 roommates, 1 man and 2 women, and one of the roommates has 2 cats. The bathroom is located inside the room for a great deal of extra privacy. Shared living room and kitchen. Rent is 1300 + utilities which usually are around 100-150$ depending. The room fits a queen size bed, desk, chair, nightstand and TV and also has very high ceilings and a pretty big closet. The room will be completely unfurnished when you move in.
