Cannot get promotion bc store was “out of region”

There was a $40 minimum promotion happening in my area, and after I completed the third batch, I didn’t receive promotion pay.

I was on chat with two agents who were beating around the bush saying they could not do anything before being elevated to a supervisor.

After speaking with him, he ended the chat after saying he could not do anything.

Now I am unable to get any more support agents to speak on this issue.
