Best Ecuadorian food in the neighborhood?

Over the last couple years, I’ve seen more and more Ecuadorian restaurants, trucks and carts popping up, especially on Wyckoff and Seneca. Has anyone tried enough of them to have a favorite?

I would kill for some hornado and mote, but most of the places I’ve passed don’t seem to have that listed on their menu. Some places have pernil and/or chicharron, but pernil doesn’t have crispy skin and hornado isn’t fried.
