1 bedroom available in a 4/3 (you would be sharing a bathroom with Teresa)

$1100 a month +Con Ed and Fios internet

Looking to fill this room on a sublease for the month of October and add you onto our lease November 1st (lease would terminate September 30th 2025, with option to renew) There would be a security deposit equal to one month’s rent required when you sign on in November. Standard income/credit/rental history check required. Guarantors accepted.

My roommates I are looking to fill the final unfurnished room in our Bushwick apartment. We have a good size living room and kitchen, which are both fully furnished and stocked with plates, pots and pans, espresso machine, air fryer, microwave.

• Rooftop access with great sunset views of Manhattan.
• Central air in all rooms.
• Dishwasher in the kitchen and
• Shared laundry in the basement.
• 2nd floor so only one flight of stairs.
• 4 minute walk to Knickerbocker M
• 6 minute walk to Myrtle Wyckoff L and M
• Walking distance to two 24 hour grocery stores, Planet fitness or Blink, Maria Hernandez park, and a ton more. -I do have a small senior dog and some very small birds so we can’t have additional pets, sorry! 🙁

🏠What were ideally looking for in a roommate:

Late LATE 20s- Early to mid 30s, young professionals, LGBTQ+ BIPOC friendly, 420 is fine by us (in your room or outside only please) we’d prefer non-cigarette smokers. We’re cool with a couple guests (with advanced notice) just not big parties. We keep a SHOES OFF household! We keep things very clean and tidy and would like someone with the same priorities!

Mars- I’m 29, attending cosmetology school, and I work in a restaurant. In my free time, I love thrifting, cafe hopping, and attending concerts and Taylor Swift dance parties 💃 I do have occasional guests, usually 1-2 people and always with notice. I come with my senior dog, Kobe who is a well behaved chiweenie, fully trained, and never potties in the house. His one and only toxic trait is barking when people are at the door, but he warms up pretty quick once they’re in the apartment. The birds stay in my room obviously, and once I turn the lights off at night, they’re radio silence.

Teresa- 28, I’m a fundraiser at an arts non profit on a hybrid schedule (usually 2 days home, 3 days in office). Always love seeing live music and finding new bars / restaurants to check out in the area. Usually keep to myself but I always enjoy a chat!

Daisha- 28. I’m a freelance Hairstylist I work on set for commercials, editorials, Ecom, fashion shows etc.
