Hey everyone! I have two rooms available to sign onto the lease in a 3br/1.5 bathroom apartment located in Ridgewood/Bushwick area. Sep 1st is when the lease will be renewing and will be transferred to the roommate currently subleasing, as I and another roommate will be moving out. The total rent as of writing this is 3650 but it may go up by an additional hundred so you can figure out the split between all 3 rooms which vary in size. Water is included, you pay for electricity and heat (con-ed) cost various winters ~60 per person, Summers max ~ 100 per person It is a 3 minute walk to the M/L train (myrtle-wyckoff). Two different trains that can get you into the city in less than 40 mins. You will have easy access to huge supermarkets close by. There are amazing new restaurants and bars always opening up. You can easily walk to viral hot spots like Rolo’s, Mama Yoshi Mini Mart, Aunt Ginnys or take the train one stop to classics like Mood Ring and House of Yes. The apartment has two floors and a backyard, access to the backyard is through the room that 1245. Perfect for outdoor activities or hosting get-togethers. Every room has its own remote operated A/C and heater. Laundry and dryer in unit. The kitchen has modern appliances (dishwasher, huge refrigerator, deep sink with flexible faucet etc…). Building is pet friendly, there is already a cat living here. But we’ve also had a dog at a certain point. Honestly it makes us sad to leave this place but life is pulling us in different directions. The one person who will continue living here is a young working professional and more information is available upon request.
