Just did a tour of the space yesterday. It’s a three floor walk up located 7 mins from the Knickerbocker M and Gates JZ, and 14 mins from Myrtle/Wyckoff L. The rent is $4000 with a broker’s fee that matches your individual rent upon signing the lease (bummer, ik) but the rooms are actually fairly decent sized for what will essentially be $1000/person.
