Below is the abridged list of service changes that will occur this weekend. More information can be found on the alerts page of the MTA site and on the weekly article posted on this site. The weekend map depicting the service changes can be found below:

  • 2: No trains between Wakefield-241 St and E 180 St. Trains operate between Flatbush Av and E 180 St, then via the 5 line to/from Dyre Av. Free shuttle buses operate along the suspended segment.
  • 3: Late night service replaces the 4 line to/from New Lots Av
  • 4: No trains in Brooklyn – trains run between Woodlawn and Bowling Green. Additionally, late night uptown trains run express from 14 St-Union Square to 125 St
  • 5: No trains between Dyre Av and E 180 St (replaced by 2 service). Trains runs every 20 minutes between E 180 St and Bowling Green, days and evenings only.
  • 6: In the Bronx, Pelham-bound trains run express from Hunts Point Av to Pelham Bay Park, stopping at Parkchester. In Manhattan, uptown trains run express from 14 St-Union Square to 125 St. Trains run every 8 minutes in Manhattan and every 16 minutes in the Bronx due to alternating Bronx-bound trains terminating at 3 Av-138 St
  • A: Downtown trains stops at 50 St, 23 St, and Spring St. Uptown trains run local from 59 St-Columbus Circle to 125 St
  • D: Uptown trains skips 170 St and 174-175 Sts. Manhattan-bound trains run local from 36 St to DeKalb Av. Uptown trains run local from 59 St-Columbus Circle to 125 St
  • E: Late night Manhattan-bound trains run express from Forest Hills-71 Av to Roosevelt Av
  • F: In Brooklyn, Manhattan-bound trains skips Avenue U. Additionally, Coney Island-bound trains skips 4 Av-9 St, 15 St-Prospect Park, and Fort Hamilton Pkwy. Late night Manhattan-bound trains run express from Forest Hills-71 Av to Roosevelt Av
  • G: Church Av-bound trains skips 4 Av-9 St, 15 St-Prospect Park, and Fort Hamilton Pkwy
  • J: No trains between Crescent St and Jamaica Center. J90 shuttle buses operate along the suspended segment
  • L: No trains between Myrtle-Wyckoff Avs and 8 Av-14 St. Shuttle buses run between Lorimer St and Myrtle-Wyckoff Avs, and as a loop stopping at Lorimer St, Bedford Av, Marcy Av (J)(M), Hewes St (J)(M), and Broadway (G)
  • M: Service is extended via 6 Av-Midtown to 96 St-2 Av (Q) station every 12 minutes as alternative service from the L line
  • N: Late nights Manhattan-bound trains run express from 59 St to Atlantic-Barclays
  • Q: Coney Island-bound trains run express from Prospect Park to Sheepshead Bay
  • R: In Brooklyn, Manhattan-bound trains run express from 59 St to Atlantic-Barclays. In Queens, Manhattan-bound trains run express from Forest Hills-71 Av to Roosevelt Av
  • S (Franklin Av): Suspended – replaced by free shuttle buses

Keep in mind the ongoing long-term construction on the Flushing-bound (7) platform at 82 St and 111 St, as well as the Manhattan-bound (J) platform at Woodhaven Blvd and 75 St. The downtown platform at 86 St (1) is also closed this month.
