[Reposting this now that it is empty/ready for move in] I’m breaking my lease after not loving a studio for my lifestyle/personal reasons. LL is looking to get someone to takeover and move in asap. It’s about a 12 minute walk to the L at Halsey, in between there and Myrtle-Wyckoff. 1 block from Irving Square park. There is a brokers fee which I was told would be 10%, but I strongly believe that can be talked down a little.
