I think Brooklyn is the WORST borough at turning trains around or moving them around the borrow.

I’ve done my research, read peoples posts, and went through various apps and websites to figure out teh lines that have the worst headways or their bottlenecks or headaches in service and for every line that runs in Brooklyn, (especially if the line ends in Brooklyn). The line has worse service than the lines that don’t go to Brooklyn. For all the lines that terminate in Brooklyn its the worst. Bay ridge has no “Capacity problem”, they just can’t turn trains around and schedule right. Flatbush avenue is the worst designed terminal in the system which makes for horrible capacity. The Canarsie line or L train is an amazing line but before covid when they had more staff and were running 22tph, many, many trains short turned at Wyckoff because of capacity issues at Rockaway Pkwy. Euclid Ave is worse than 168th St all the way. Brighton beach is worse than 145th & Bedford Park Blvd and both 145th & Bedford Pk Blvd are 1 TRACK terminals. Think about it, all the lines even the J,M,Z get messed up because there horrible merge at myrtle avenue. Crown Heights is good at turning trains around because of track layout and new lots isn’t that bad either because of the yard behind it. Lastly church ave which is its own mess with the F getting in the way/delayed because of the terminus and Coney Island which every line that terminates there has capacity issues and/or lower headways because it can’t turn trains around. Y do only 8 F trains go to Coney Island when it should be able to turn around at least 12tph as it has no buffers at the end unlike the D train. there’s no shade thrown around but there just seems like there’s to many issues especially when in Queens the G train leaves on time everyday, as well as the R train giving better service downtown that what is given uptown. Lemme know how y’all feel bc this has been on my mind lately.
