*July 15th move in* hey everyone, my roommates and I have a room available in a 5br apartment in Ridgewood for July 15. About the room: This is the room that I currently live in. I’ve been subletting, but now have decided to sign on to the new lease. I’ll be switching to a different room since one of my current roommates is moving out and they have a bigger room lol. This room is small! It will only fit a twin bed, so keep that in mind. However, I’ve still managed to make it a cozy little spot where I work from home. There’s also a really tall closet. Linking a video at the bottom of this post so you can clearly see the size of the room. Rent will be $850, utilities included (except for a $12/month wifi bill). we are splitting rent equally 5 ways. Please make sure you are okay with this before inquiring. Ideally looking for someone to sign the lease with us by June 14. We are open to subletting as well depending on the person. About the apartment: This is a first floor 5 bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment. 7-minute walk to Myrtle Wyckoff L/M. All of us who are signing the lease are 21-25yo young professionals. Right now there are 3 girls and 2 guys living here. It’s a super chill and friendly atmosphere and we want to keep it that way! Amenities: In-unit laundry & dishwasher + rooftop !! How to inquire: We want to keep the youthful atmosphere in our apartment, so please DM a brief bio about what we should know about you! (profession? hobbies? living preferences?). Even better if you can include social media / linkedin and info about your income / credit score. Please note that we are currently waiting on some friends to get back to us about taking this room, so we likely won’t be considering anyone until early next week.
