Hi folks! After spending several weeks manually looking for a sublet in New York on Facebook Marketplace, I decided to create an automatic parser that scans Marketplace for listings including sublets and automatically adds them to a Google Sheet. Now that I’ve found my dream place, I want to share the document with someone who needs it. Each new listing found by the parser on the marketplace is added as a separate line in the document, including a link to the post that allows you to contact the poster. I have attached a screenshot with recent data from the parser as an example. Please keep in mind that the parser only works with New York listings. I hope that the Google Sheet will assist you in finding your ideal home as well!
