I think btc is accumulating in the higher price range. Then, in that case, it will shoot up and not go below 20k. All depends on rate hike on 22 nd. This market hasn’t priced in 50 bps hike. If it’s below that, definitely btc will shoot up from this stage D of wyckoff accumulatin
