Bed is extremely comfortable, room is very quiet and even TV/music at reasonable volume late is fine. Broadband, wall AC/heat, hot water all included.

Apartment comes with a fully stacked kitchen with dedicated cabinet space, backyard (accessible via 2nd BR), a rooftop deck, a furnished living room with surround sound Bose theater system and breakfast table.
