I’m moving out of the country by mid December, and so I need someone to take over my lease. We can negotiate start time of lease takeover, but I’m aiming for around Dec 17th. Entire apartment is $2600/mo and the lease ends on July 31st, 2023 with potential for lease re-signing. Also would need a $2600 deposit – landlord will keep the existing deposit of the same amount that I paid already, then that amount will pay out to you.
Seneca M train is literally a few feet away, and Myrtle-Wyckoff L train is about a 6-8 min walk.
